- You are expected to inform the resort staff about any cancellation two days prior to the actual date of booking.
- A full refund for cancellation will only be applicable if the above condition is practised. Else, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the originally intended period. The refund shall be returned to the same source using which the payment was made.
- We reserve the right to deny entry to guests who fail to produce valid photo identification as well as deny any refund for the booked rooms.
Non-Indian guests are expected to carry a valid visa that authorises them to stay in India. Failure to do so shall result in the cancellation of the booking and no refund shall be issued
