Booking and Resort policy
- If you are the primary guest, you must be 18 years of age or older to check into the hotel.
- You can check in anytime after 1 p.m. once your booking is confirmed and check out anytime before 10:30 a.m.
- We are a government-registered establishment, so we require you to present valid photo identification at the time of your check-in. You may produce any of the following documents – Aadhar Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Voter ID Card, or Passport – so long as it clearly displays your name and photo.
- If you are staying with a +1 who is above 18, they shall also be required to submit a similar document for regulatory purposes.
- To ensure the safety of all our guests and staff, we shall reserve the right to refuse service to you if you fail to present Alive Beach Resort with valid proof of identification.
- For the double-occupancy rooms, the complimentary breakfast shall only be provided for 2 adult guests and 1 child. Additional accommodation charges (breakfast included) for both children and adults shall be applicable for each additional occupant.
- If you wish to extend your stay, you shall inform the resort staff one day in advance, so they may confirm the availability.
- As the guest, you shall be responsible for any damage to the property and shall be liable to pay for it. Illegal activities, such as threatening the staff/other guests or defacing the property, may result in eviction.
- We want all our guests to feel equally comfortable and welcomed at Alive Beach Resort, so we don’t allow noise or nuisance of any kind post 10 p.m. You shall also be expected to not disturb the guests or the peace and harmony of the resort by any means throughout your stay.
- In our effort to be more eco-sensitive each day, we advocate our guests to be respectful to the environment as well as the resort premises, and to make an effort to leave the common areas as clean as they were found.
Please note: Consumption of drugs of any kind on-site is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation policy
- You are expected to inform the resort staff about any cancellation two days prior to the actual date of booking.
- A full refund for cancellation will only be applicable if the above condition is practised. Else, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the originally intended period. The refund shall be returned to the same source using which the payment was made.
- We reserve the right to deny entry to guests who fail to produce valid photo identification as well as deny any refund for the booked rooms.
- Non-Indian guests are expected to carry a valid visa that authorises them to stay in India. Failure to do so shall result in the cancellation of the booking and no refund shall be issued.
COVID-19 policy
- The pandemic is real; we don’t entertain any other facts than this. And we want you to return home as healthy (healthier even) as you came. For this reason, we expect all guests to either be fully or partially vaccinated before booking their stay with Alive Beach Resort.
- You may be asked to present your vaccination documents or COVID-19 tests at any point during the stay. Failing to oblige by the request may result in eviction.
- To ensure the safety of all guests, we expect you to wear a mask for its intended purpose. You are also expected to make use of sanitisers throughout your stay and follow the social distancing guidelines laid by the government.
- If you are travelling with children, you shall ensure to take all the necessary precautions to avoid medical problems resulting from negligence.
Pet policy
- We love pets but we can’t expect all our guests to be as comfortable with having them around as us, so we urge you to be mindful of your furbabies.
- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per room. Additional charges will be applicable if you are staying with more pets than permitted.
- Your pets are allowed to access all parts of the resort as long as they are attended by a parent. They shall not be allowed to be left unattended by pet parents in the room or common areas.
- Not all pets are fully trained; we expect you to recognise this and take full responsibility for their actions. When in doubt, we advise you to use a leash when navigating the common areas.
- Please ensure to bring your pets only if they are fully vaccinated. As a piece of general advice, we do not recommend travelling with pets that are 3 months old or younger as they are not completely immune to diseases and can pass it on to other pet guests.
- Please ensure to groom your pets and eliminate any ticks or fleas from their fur before bringing them along to ensure the safety of other pet guests.
- To maintain hygiene and cleanliness, pets may not be allowed near the kitchen or dining areas.
- As a pet parent, you shall be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. The resort staff shall not be obligated to pick up the faeces or sick either from the rooms or other areas of the resort.
- We request you to carry your own pet supplies, but in case you need anything, we encourage you to contact the reservations/reception desk in advance and our staff will try to arrange them as best they can.
- We understand that travelling can be stressful and anxiety-inducing for pets. In case your furry is unmanageable, emotional, or stressed, you shall be responsible for calming them and restoring the peace of the resort.
